Inca dinner.-
An Incan ceremony performed in a highly recommended restaurant a block away from the Main Square (Plaza de Armas).
You will be able to wacth the performing of four cusquenian actors wearing Incan costumes used by the Inca royalty during the celebration of the June solstice or the Sun Festival, like the Inca ruler, his wife the Qoya, a Willac Uma (the Main Priest of the Incas), and a Quipucamayoc (the reader of knotted strings used as accounting device also to record information).
We are willing to show you an authentic Incan ceremony which the actors will be speaking the native Incan language, the Runasimi (it means the people’s language) also wearing only Incan costumes.
You will also listen to 4 musicians only playing pre-Columbian instruments like a flute, a pan flute, a drum, and others.
You will whatch different rituals like:
The Inca offering the corn beer to his father, the Sun.-
The offering of coca leaves to the Sun.-
The offering to Pachamama (mother earth).-
